Reserved a vehicle on Friday October 6 2017 at 9AM. Had to run home and get some information. One associate told me to go to the Richmond heights location and get a car because it was closer to my house but that location didn't have anything available. When I called back they told me that they gave away my rental because they didn't think I would come back. Then they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't have anything available until later on in the day. That is totally unacceptable!! When I reserve a car, I expect to receive one at the time of my request.
However, when she waits on me I end up with an insurance claim.
I rent a car from Enterprise every month without incident.
My most recent rental I noted what I thought was damage and was told by the customer service person don't worry about it she called it normal wear and tear and it was not large enough to be noted. I returned the car rented it for another 4 days AND WHEN I RETURNED IT THE AGENT THAT I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE PROBLEM WITH RAN OUT TO MEET ME. She noted the damage and when I told her the above and what the other agent said she replied "We'll let the insurance department decide.
Pleasant car rental experience, receptionist is very professional. In and out in 5 minutes. The car was clean and tidy, good on brakes. I've been driving a manual car all the time, it was actually my first time driving an automatic, and took only a few minutes to get used to.
Great front desk, efficient and professional. The car had very soft shock absorbers (Dodge Grand Caravan). We drove to Detroit and in the city the car was vibrating. Driving in the highway the car was fine.
I would like to give Enterprise 5 stars but I can't because the service of one indiviudual. The service is great, the employees are courteous, knowledgable and concerned with the needs of the customers but one person at the office seems to have targeted me and everytime she waits on me I end up with a corporate problem.
Now they are saying I damage the car. Which I did not.
I will continue to rent from Enterprise however, I do not want this representative to handle me.
We had a pretty easy pickup and drop off at this location. There was a bit of confusion during my rental period but it was not a major issue and it was handled quickly and professionally. The 5 star rating is really due to Krystina, who is an assistant manager. She was the one to get us on the road and when we returned, she remembered my name and was very friendly, asking about our trip. She was upbeat and I enjoyed her very much. She was one of the nicest Enterprise employees I have dealt with and even through her location is a bit further than others, it would be the one that I would use because of her personality.
