Kathy is the best! She always exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond. Any place that remembers my name even if it's been 6 months will have my business forever.
Vehicle wasn't ready at time for pick up. 12 pickup left at 1245 Then air tire pressure signal light came on as soon as exiting parking lot. Their air was broken asked me to take to another business down street. More time another 20 minutes. They should pay me for an hour of my time dealing with their bad service. Felt bad for the one employee working desk/office by herself...no one else there but guy cleaning cars in back. Another couple also didn't have their vehicle there either and had to be given pick of what was in the lot like me.
I am a mutli-company owner requiring a great deal of travel and Ms. Kathy has ALWAYS been the perfect customer service rep... and trust me, I am not the easiest person to deal with when I am on a tight budget and time line.... Ms. Kathy has always made it possible despite my impatience to make things work for the better.. great place and people to do business with.
