A driver backed into my car parked in the road and left. My neighbors witnessed it and called the corporate office. They told him to have me call. I called and talked to Victor and explained that I did not see it happen, however there were 4 witnesses that did. Victor told me I was committing fraud told me to F off. Continued to swear at me, threatened me. I could not even get a chance to tell him it was a small dent. What kind of company would pay their employees to speak with the public on this manner? I will be contacting Victor's supervisor.
Just got in town from Atlanta and i needed a ride from the airport. A friend of mine recommended Freedom 2 Go what a pleasant surprise. I really liked this car service they made me feel very comfortable i will be using them again.

Excellent service. Driver was prompt and courteous. They even adjust my reservation for me without and problems or additional fees when I was traveling for work. My son also uses them for his school transport out in Lorain. Haven’t had any complaints with them or about there service. Highly recommend.
