I feel as if the school truly understands boys, and their learning style. Rather than sitting at a desk all day, kindergarteners engage with and learn about their world in hands-on activities, e.g, insect hunts, gardening, and tangible science experiments.

This school is supposed to be an educational influence on the past, students kindergarten through 12th grade are harshly treated as they treated scholars in the past, they call this a good impression on the future, according to modern technology, this is simply incorrect because from the looks of it they are already too prepared, in the future they will probably all have personal robots before they are 23, This proves the school doesn't understand much about modern technology or common sense, the school suspends kids if the get 3 reminders in a week, and if that isn't harsh I don't know what is, well anyway University school, you just got a piece of my mind.

We have two boys who transferred from public schools to University School several years ago, and couldn't be happier! The faculty/administration state that it is a place where "every boy is known and loved," and really do make every effort to achieve that dynamic. The class sizes are small. Teachers and students eat family-style together every day. Both faculty and boys are divided into "houses" a la Harry Potter for their entire tenure there, and compete all year in fun, athletic, artistic and academic competitions. All of these dynamics and shared experiences contribute to the building of a unique bond between the students and their teachers, and as a result, the boys are so much more engaged in the learning process. Our kids always say that University School is "life changing," and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We love it!

I cannot say enough good things about my son’s experience at US’s kindergarten program. He wakes up on a daily basis excited to go to school!

I’ve also been very pleased that the boys are taught table manners and learn to eat a variety of new foods. They eat a family style lunch every day with their teachers.

The school staff and students are delightful. A historic building with great updates.

In addition to these hands on activities, core academics are provided. I like how the boys are put in small groups for reading, based on academic performance. This ensures that their diverse curricular needs are met.

I wasn't having a "good time"
